The Optimum BDR:AE ratio?

For SaaS companies in Hi-tech, what do you think is the optimum ratio of BDR:AE ?


Lets consider the conversion rate is roughly around 15% & the tavg ARR ticket size is $50k-100k

Where I worked as an SDR we were doing 1:1 at infound it pretty effective in terms of collaboration, delivering results + 0 conflict.

Rolling for Initiative
In Hi-tech it will be 1 to 1. I have seen some orgs with less BDRs to AEs, which was a waiting game to get demos to the AEs.ย
