The Oul Life/Work Balance Q.. but seriously though how?

Hey all! Serious question for you all k.. How do you balance life & work while WFH? I'm looking for tips as I'm delivering a circle conversation next week on this topic for a networking group i'm part of and I want to gather more info to share with this group. Some of the things my colleagues have shared with me so far are the usual.. Turn phone off at night, break up the meetings in the day, stand up hours, creative time, Take a tech holiday ( no devices while off on pto ), walks, run, yoga, meditation, journalling, gratitude, reading etc. Anyone else?

Meditation is a good place to start- helps you separate thoughts from emotion and also 'rank' thoughts as useful or not. Once you have this it becomes clearer on what you want to prioritise.

@wHaTyAgOtCoOkInGย I agree, I like to call it "getting high off your own supply" heard this while on a wim hof breathwork session and couldn't be more true! I dedicate 10mins in the morn and then a few hours during the week/wknds now over the last year and I've benefited from this in sales I believe I'm a lot more direct & more present with clients - namaste bitches chase'n them riches!
