Hey all! Serious question for you all k.. How do you balance life & work while WFH? I'm looking for tips as I'm delivering a circle conversation next week on this topic for a networking group i'm part of and I want to gather more info to share with this group. Some of the things my colleagues have shared with me so far are the usual.. Turn phone off at night, break up the meetings in the day, stand up hours, creative time, Take a tech holiday ( no devices while off on pto ), walks, run, yoga, meditation, journalling, gratitude, reading etc. Anyone else?
