Can this article be any more biased against "pushers?" Seriously reads as "are you an asshole or a good person?" Rather insulting to my intelligence. 

Not every sales role requires long term relationship building but that doesn't mean you're some selfish prick with no regard for the client or their needs. 🙄

Call me what you want, just sign the damn contract
So much of this is compensation plan specific. If your comp plan dictates that you're closing a shitload of deals and you're not responsible for anything once they sign, you're only hurting yourself doing more. And if you're at 70% of your number as a "builder" but Roy hits 100% as a "pusher," do you think huge organizations are gonna care? Give me a fucking break. Fuck this guy with a rake.

Nothing against being a driven person, but there's a time to push a sale and that comes after building some sort of relationship first.

It wasn’t a requirement for me, but I have spoken to prospects in Spanish and once left a Voicemail in German. So it is used for sure!
