The Sales Leadership Illuminati

Does Anyone else in larger companies watch the internal “Illuminati” as I like to call it... always move up?

I have seen a nobody, become a manager, a area manager, a director, a region VP, to a nationwide VP. Inside fortune 50’s.

There are inner-circles to companies, that come out of no where, and we watch as 2-4 people we “know” just shoot up into ranks that take regular people 15-20 years to accomplish, in 2-4 years.

Now are these people usually successful, Yes. Do they do anything innovative or better than other top performers, No.

The Fortune 500 Illuminati is something that has always made me wonder, how do you get in...

has anyone else witnessed this 🤔 or maybe are you in it? 🤫

I've seen it. Furthermore, I have concrete proof my sales director is, in fact, a Sasquatch.

So you’ve never actually seen him work, but somehow someway he exists.

Unfortunately this is common no matter the size of the company. Butter up the right people and you most likely will do well in the corporate world.

Smooth-talking, low output brownnosers will always move up the ladder, no matter the field.

Not really common, but yea there are some cases. But in family business it's common practice. That being said I do know a friend of mine who has dated someone belonging to freemasons/illuminati those cults. Haven't asked her about how hos career was going though since he didn't share much to her so i take this whole story with a grain of salt.
