Signatures doesn't match the names in the client's commercial registration, BIG DEAL?

Hi Guys I just closed a deal only to have legal tell me it's not accepted on the grounds that the names mentioned in the CR does not match those who signed it. The company had some recent changes in management and it's well known? what should I do in this case? follow the legal's concern and communicate to the customer to resign with the right person or escalate the legal team?

Signature person is not the same as mentioned in Commercial registration

Contracts have to have the named people as the signers. Completely void without.

Mitigation of liability is major key. You do not want that blowback down the road. 

I personally work in healthcare so it's even more important when talking about equipment used in surgery.
