Happy for my integrated team of Sales, Product, SE, VE, CoE, Pro Serv, CS (everyone but marketing tbh) and many others to get a beach head deal over the line.
It took the village and every part of our collective intellectual horsepower to make it happen.
This is a brand new use case with a product that we have had for some time. We leveraged some easy 'on the fly' enhancements to build confidence we could deliver what was needed as part of the innovation roadmap, and bought the customer in, suggesting they are playing a role in shaping this vision for our company... they are!
