This deal took me 42 days to close. rate and term refinance, loan amount of $746,899. Reduced the client's rate on an investment property by 1.5%. I had a 40 day lock on her rate and I actually man handled my regional VP, who's my only real boss since i'm an independent loan officer i have no boss, to cough up $600 to extend the loan for two days.
