This was an old account that was just sitting in the CRM, I reached out to get a meeting with their IT Director but he had recently been fired, so I reached out to his replacement and we met for an intro. We met a couple more times over the course of 9 months until he needed a few consultants to scope a large project and ultimately I was able to get my firm considered and won this baby hands down, we are currently in-flight which is why I'm not disclosing the company but we are currently putting together another proposal for them that will be around 200,000k. Sometimes there is gold just literally SITTING in the CRM uncalled. GO CALL THAT SHIT!
