Thank the good Lord that I finally brought this one in. Again, you all know that I sell to small business with a quick turnaround time. This guy gave me a verbal about a month ago after I addressed his main pain point (Poor customer service from current vendor) and said that we could offer service for relatively no change in price. Just closed this week after being insistent that he send me the necessary docs to close for over a month.
