They like me! They really like me!

This is my Sally Field moment:

I joined a new company a few weeks ago and yes, I recognize I'm in the honeymoon phase, but I have to give a shoutout-that-will-never-be-seen to my new org:

My new teammates have expressed their excitement quite a few times and have even sent me a couple of end of the week 'so happy you're here' messages. They're open-minded to my fresh eye-deas and are all pitching in to help get my onboarded the best I can be.

My CEO called me out on my first team meeting to commend my practice pitch and is so supportive of my creative style.

It's as if they really like me!
