I Hope This Makes Sense?


So, companies have multiple divisions within their org and they all need the sales department to help grow said company. So! why is it when we call/email/social those other divisions they never answer their phone/call back, reply or they answer with not interested, we're all set? I mean if you want your sales peeps to be successful then how about give the rest of us the time of day, thoughts, concerns?

Most people in most roles are not looking at that big of a picture, let alone thinking that their organization grows due to the sales dept's success. You get bogged down or overly concerned with the small day to day fires to be put out and can neglect overall process issues either b/c you don't notice or that's not your job/above your paygrade.
