This week could either make my Q or destroy it. Rituals, tips or anything to keep up the hype during the week?

So, this week seems to be crucial for this Q performance, as usual I'm under a lot of pressure, but it's something I've always enjoyed and whenever I have an important day or week I usually go over the same playlist over and over again, however I want to try something new/different to keep up the hype, any recommendations?

Manifest it! Write down what you want on a piece of paper. Say "I declare I will ___________ by midnight tonight." Be very specific. Then burn the paper over the toilet and flush it.  Super empowering, and it also works!
