Was chatting with my good man @paddy (over LinkedIn not Bravado.. but not for long sup DMs👀) about saving up that sweet sweet commish. When I told him of my plan to save up for the Rolex since I will no longer be cleaning out my Amazon shopping list he joked I would be a War Room Indentured Servant by the end of it. After laughing my ass off at that witty comment I got to thinking. What if we could come up with personal badges (that would require approval from the 🐐 @GeneralCorp ). These could be nominated badges like for example I think @inboundsalesrep should get a king shit poster badge because he has perfected the art of shitposting and cracks me up with his posts and @paddy should have a Kahula badge for obvious reasons. We could also have self-nominated badges. For example, if... I mean when I save up for the Rolex I would like a WR indentured servant badge. Now you might be thinking that sounds horrible, but let's be real this is the best indentured servant job out there. All Bravado asks for is we act as prosumers. Going about creating great con⛺️ for fellow savages and consuming other's content to learn more about sales is a pretty sweet gig I can get behind.... especially if there is a Rolex at the end of the tunnel.
Anyways, just a thought I don't want to take away from any of the badges already. I'm definitely a huge fan of the serotonin and dopamine I get from clicking around this website (Obviously, I am not being forced to post and comment, but I like doing it so much I have no desire to stop). I'm curious though what people think of this idea. Would fellow savages like the ability to create/ submit custom badges or do people feel like it would take away from the hard work that comes from grinding on here to earn them?
Either way, I admit I get way too much joy out of being validated online by strangers. That being said, I know for a fact I'm not the only one who feels this way and as people put more and more data online this validation from our online profiles is only going to grow stronger so you might as well recognize it early and take the time to detox if need be.
