Thoughts on Pavilion?

A rep from Pavilion has been hitting me up lately telling me a bunch of people from my company are on their platform, and if I join then they can make a case to move to a corporate plan. The catch is you have to pay to be apart of their community, LOL.

Are any of you in Pavilion? With all the free sales communities out here, I'm curious what they are offering that is better/ warrants a paid member?? Seems like a racket to me from a guy who couldn't hack it as a real VP of sales (just my opinion).

so i was apart of Pavilion and then left.

I think Pavilion is a great resource for founders, execs and directors who are looking to learn from experienced folks who have done what they are trying to do.

I also dont think its a bad place for AEs who want to be managers, or managers who want to improve/get promoted.

they have a very structured, "course" approach. where you enroll in courses that meet regularly and you have to attend, you have assignments, and an exam at the end.

so if you know exactly what you are looking to learn, and they have a course on it, and you like that style, GREAT fit.

if you want to "get better at sales" and just learn from other sales folks, than i think the WR is a wayyyy better option.

I've looked into Pavilion personally but don't think its for me where I am in my career and the other resources out there (such as this community) that can help with my skillset and goals.

Honestly for what it is, it's super expensive. unless your company pays for it it's stay away. there are loads of other resources arond

They have decent content and courses. But nothing really unique or out of the box.
Just okay. You can make do with LinkedIn learning, podcasts and books too.
