Thoughts on UiPath?

My best friend is considering a switch to UiPath (mid-market AE, EMEA) from an e-commerce startup but not fully sold as the offer's not financially compelling enough.

Broadly speaking any hot feedback on what it's like working/selling for UiPath? Career prospects? Culture? Growth?

Check out repvue. It might have good info for your friend. I’ve used it when checking out how the market is paying other reps but it could have reviews on how it is working for specific companies as well

I've never sold there but the reviews I've heard from others echo what you're saying about comp, leadership feels like people should feel lucky to work there and shouldn't be concerned about salary increases. I also understand that they prioritize working on site, which may or may not be what your friend is looking for.

That said, they are a big deal in their space, which is expected to grow by a CAGR of 18.4% over the next several years.

@Kantara Don't know if you've heard but UiPath's guidance indicates a pretty dramatic slowdown for FY23. (Annual revenue growth guided for half their *slowest* quarter from FY22... which was already at half FY21's slowest quarter.)

I haven't looked into what's behind this, but this came as a surprise as the space as a whole is expected to grow by pretty decent double digit CAGR.
