Thoughts on ZoomInfo?

My company uses ZoomInfo for contact information. I hunt into a lot of SMB & Mid-Market companies that ZoomInfo has 0 contact info for. Frustrating because it doesn't seem like better options are out there...thoughts?

I have the same issues with it. The biggest value I get from it now is seeing how a prospective company's email addresses are formatted.

It's really a wide range. Could be 50 employees, could be a company with 1000 employees - depends on how big their account is with us

We used to have ZoomInfo/Discover Org and like the other people here have said - they can be great for larger enterprise companies but not so much for SMB & Mid-Market.

SMB/MM is my segment size as well and I LOVE Prospect ( https://tryprospect.com/). It's a great tool that integrates into LinkedIn and SFDC. You go on a companies LinkedIn page, search for relevant contacts and then there is a little plugin that shows up on their profile so you press prospect and voila - email and phone number. Now I will admit not all have phone numbers but all the emails I've found have been correct AND it connects right to SFDC so it will create that contact for you. Such a time saver!

It's my fav tool - but interested to hear if others find the same or if there are even better tools?

we focus primarily on enterprise accounts and because of that have resisted cold calling for the last few years because they're not as receptive. Our SDR's have recently begun using rocketreach to get numbers and had success using that as a secondary source to zoominfo

I utilize seamless as its less $ and data was pretty similar. As another member mentioned, also using to see companies email formatting.
