Thoughts on Zoominfo?

We recently bought Zoominfo but I find, unless it's big companies, it isn't that great for middle/small companies in terms of actual email address and LinkedIn URLs. I also find that Zoominfo is really great for the American market but the English/European market isn't all that.


Our 'No send' rates are higher due to it than manually guessing.


Would be good to hear peoples thoughts or tips on how to use it more effectively!

Zoominfo is the best there is for commercial/enterprise in the USA. I don’t think anything out there will have well indexed SMB contacts. 

Our EMEA team at my last org swore by Lusha being the best for that region.

I currently work with SMBs and I think it’d be pretty useless. Most of the time when you call small businesses you will be speaking directly to the owner / decision maker. 

I do not have any information on what it’s like for Europe.

Totally agree here. Zoominfo for the larger companies but when I prospected into SMB/MM it was garbage. I like using Prospect which is a plugin to LinkedIn and that is great for emails and ok for phone numbers
