Not click bait. But maybe it is. And maybe it's attracting more SDRs than anything. I'm five months in to an SDR role and I am hitting quota. It's great, because it means I'm not blowing it. But I want to do better, and I want support from folks who know what they're doing and can offer some insight on how I can hit quota without working 60-70 hours and feeling like I'm running a harassment campaign.
If anyone knows of a 'service' like this, or has tips on finding great mentors that are specifically interested in on-the-job, about-the-job enablement, that would be awesome.
