Tinder for SDRs looking for sales mentors?

Not click bait. But maybe it is. And maybe it's attracting more SDRs than anything. I'm five months in to an SDR role and I am hitting quota. It's great, because it means I'm not blowing it. But I want to do better, and I want support from folks who know what they're doing and can offer some insight on how I can hit quota without working 60-70 hours and feeling like I'm running a harassment campaign.

If anyone knows of a 'service' like this, or has tips on finding great mentors that are specifically interested in on-the-job, about-the-job enablement, that would be awesome.

There are a ton of mentorship as a service type platforms out there. A month or two of that may be worthwhile so you can see what’s out there.

What you described is basically the job of an SDR. Its a heavy grinding job. There are smarter ways to prospect -vs- dumber ways, but your job is basically to grind it out till you find that 1% willing to talk to you.
