Tips for a great post-demo follow up email?

I usually do something like this. curious what you guys send out!

Hi [name],

thanks so much for jumping on a call with me this morning to learn more about Our Solution. After learning more about your need for [something that solves the challenge their facing], I have no doubt Our Solution is a great fit. below are some helpful resources and a recap of outcomes we discussed.

-link to relevant collateral

-how we solve x challenge discussed

-we work with [list similar organizations]

As discussed, [reiterate next steps agreed upon].

We usually send what we call discovery letters:

intro
current situation
goals
tech considerations
case studies

Give them an executive summary.

who what where + IMPACT

then add what they were saying in the call. (And you should have asked if they have seen everything they need to make a decision) add their answer.
