Titles

Some of us sales savages would like to stay as lone wolf, non-managing, killers, for LYFE (me). I was curious to find out what everyone sees as an individual career path. For me in SaaS it has been Inside Sales Rep > Account Executive > Senior Account Executive > Associate Account Director. I realize most scenarios are about market segments, and titles can vary (i.e. SMB > Midmarket > Enterprise). Just curious to hear about what y'all have seen.

BDR->MM AE->AM->AE->Territory manager->Director of Sales (been at this level for a few spots now--no longer care since I do VP-level work and get paid VP money)

Mine went Account Manager > International Sales Manager > Director. All via job switches, but I'm not in SaSS.

Depends on what kind of business it is ARR-wise, but in general 25-30% is a shitshow. What is causing the customers to churn? Is CS bad? They obviously are not getting value or would not be churning--you're the sales guy--what do you think is causing the churn?
