To the parents out there, how have you balanced your sales career with raising young children, especially during WFH in Covid? Do you feel more productive with WFH or less?
Kind of a mix. I get interrupted a lot more but everyone loves when my kids drop by. I work longer with more short breaks. I also have a dedicated office in the house, which helps.

dedicated office space is an absolute MUST. I feel real bad for ppl in apartment's that have to WFH

Taking a 5 minute break to play legos with my 3 year old? Way better than talking to Shannon in the kitchen about the Bachelorette.

I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old. WFH home has been awesome. I block an hour for lunch ever day and we get to eat together every day. I am lucky that my wife stays home with the kids, but I try to end my days early and just be super intentional about what im doing while im working so I dont have to work longer than I want.ย

WAY LESS PRODUCTIVE.ย
Luckily I didn't have to stay home that long, and we were able to get our kid in to a school that didn't get shut down.ย
But yeah..for me...it f*cking sucked. Call me weird but it helps being in the office.ย

I've longed to work from home for SOOOO long, I truly don't see myself going back completely to the ''norm'' from 2 years ago.ย

I put Echo Glows in strategic places in my house to tell people not to bother me.
Itโs both for me. The office actually tends to be a distraction for me because so many people want to catch up or get me on some other shit I donโt need to focus on.

Not a parent, however I can see the struggle from teammates.
