My parents always told me I'd be grateful that I studied Spanish in high school and college. there are also very few clients that I would be okay being on a texting-basis relationship for the most part, but my contact and I have built up a partnership that has begun to yield large recurring opportunities to sell into the account over and over. Working through cultural and communication barriers was key in the very beginning, but their business is now very much intertwined with ours from a needs perspective.
