Tomorrow is a very special and an important day in my life. Getting ready for the introductory call with the Salesforce recruiter. Thank you all for all the advice and guidance so far. The first step in what could be a long journey.

Best way to handle a sales interview is to tell your story. Talk about your path to where you are today, share the accomplishments that make you who you are (an asset to the Salesforce team).
Be specific about your accomplishments, dollars closed, quotas hit, etc.
Most important piece of advice, be passionate but be yourself.

Wishing you the best. You have excellent advice on the interview already, but remember, this is one step. They also indicated there's a hiring freeze, so this may not immediately lead anywhere - don't get discouraged.

make sure you are ready, know what stories you want to share if asked but dont hype your self up to the point that you get too nervous.

Based on what we talked about, is there any reason you wouldnโt hire me?
If they have a reason, address it, if they donโt then ask what next steps are. If they say something about needing to talk to someone else and then theyโll get back to you, ask for a timeline so you know when is a good time to reach back out and avoids looking needy.

Hope it went well. They just laid off 100s of their workforce
But yeah, treat it like any other interview and don't let it get to you if they say that they're on a freeze rn and will keep you in the pipeline till then.
