This guy was the age old tale of going dark for 3 months after a full sales process and coming out of the woodworks asking for a contract. Turns out some personal things came up in our project manager's life (the one who would lead implementation) that put him out for a while.
Over the next 4-6 months they'll be doubling their user count and contract value, and now we're working with the company's ownership group to become the preferred vendor for all their port companies. Let's goooo
