He's the CEO of Gravity Payments. The payment processing company that gave everyone something like a $70k salary. Don't get me wrong, I think it's fantastic for his business and incredible that he's been able to give his employees an awesome minimum wage. With that said, every post he makes on LinkedIn is somehow related to complimenting himself on performing that act. Mind you, this change took place back in like 2015 (don't quote me, but it's a while ago). Bro, we get it, you're the nicest CEO ever. Stop reminding us, and stop making dumb generalizations about every business owner/executive that hasn't followed suit.
