Top Salary sharing website?

Hi All,

I noticed a gap in Egypt about the transparency of salaries as a whole. I did my research and done some focus group that there is a real gap around here.

I want to create a transparent environment where everyone knows what they should expect and what's their worth because it seems things are all over the place here. Basic example someone doing my role newer than me is making more than 80% and another is getting 50% of what I'm getting.

Which ones besides glassdoors are you using, which is not effective at all where I'm from? also how do these websites monetize?
