Not trying to sound arrogant but what’s the best SDR base (+ bonus/ incentive) I can get if I can book 80% of inbound leads say 40-50 a day and 30% of cold leads say 100 a day. I know I can do this I’m doing it now in an similar context. FYI last year I made 120 im on pace for 160 this year but if I could scale quicker have and less “fuckin brutal” days in Saas sales. I have O saas sales experience I used to be an IT RECRUITER so I assume I can’t jump to AE thoughts?

I dont think your lying, but i find those numbers to be.....insane!

You are a financial advisor and getting 150 leads a day????

Can you give more context here? (as a former financial advisor im blown away by this, and the money your making)

if you go to a saas org and tell them these numbers they will think you are lying.

I don't see why you couldn't make a move into AE. With a background in IT Recruiting I could see companies taking you on as an AE.

No I’m booking 80% of inbound calls (I presume inbound is a cakewalk there already freaking interested cmon) so that’s 40 inbound booked and 30% of 100 is 30 so that’s 70 books a day. Not saying I’d average that everyday but I could hit those numbers. I just know how to call cold it’s an art

This also assumes they all pick up so I’m just giving my ratios of reached to booked it could be 15-25 in a day and that’s huge for any company

I was a Staffing AE and got the direct AS Saas role, if you get a cert from a LMS you could make the switch
