Originally outbound prospered this company and scheduled a discovery call to align objectives with what we can provide. Didn't go great, established their timeline as 3 or so months away. Next day I got an upgrade request come my way from the same company, sent contract out and got it back same day. Turns out they just wanted a basic solution and nothing more, easy win.
