Outbound opportunity that turned to a full RFP process. Challenging group to deal with having to deal with 3 different stakeholder teams across their organization. Some teams moved faster then others, were more responsive and provided a better feedback loop, while others were just along for the ride. Main POC was getting stuck in the weeds by the end on insignificant language and terms for this project and needed to be pushed over the finish line to get this done. First major deal for one of our newest products released to market and had to get through it with minimal materials/collateral on the product itself. Well worth the countless hours spent on RFP and additional steps that followed with a difficult group.
