Thoughts? I did a search and was surprised to see no one posted about this. Really have no clue what to expect. 46 billion or whatever he paid is a lot of money to spend for an edit button. Hopefully no more censorship? The experts did say that free speech was bad for democracy recently so maybe I'm off here? All jokes aside, no clue if this is a legit attempt to restore free speech or if I'm missing something. Salespeople are usually pretty good at seeing through BS so wanted to get everyone's thoughts.

I voted against, because with the amount of debt he’s going to use to finance this he’s going to have to push ads in twitter extremely hard. It’s gonna turn into Facebook, with unlimited ads.

Without reading the other comments, he is not spending $46 billion of his own money. SEC allows XX amount of investors and it seems he plans on securing funding bring along as many as he can so we don’t end up with a Facebook situation. Watch the recent Ted Talk with Musk.

That would almost be like a billionaire giving away all his money. I wouldn't hold my breath. How Elon got some evangelistic reputation is wildly insane. This same guy went on Trump's special secret cabinet, fired thousands of workers to make the numbers, and Tesla internally is run like a mad house. Insane how they get anything done.
