The saga continues.
No one on the team hit quota last month.
So leadership hosts a meeting at the end of Q2 to tell us a new commission structure is beginning.
Good right? Fuck No. They raised the quota so now it's even farther out of reach.
I'm fresh in this role and don't have a lot of stake in the company, but this is worrisome.
Spoke with longer tenured reps who told me they don't give a fuck about us and that it's way to aggressive.
