A great win on an early renewal for a legacy customer. They only sign 1-year contracts. They've been a customer of mine since 2016. Got them to renew 2-months early even with a new team. Only remaining person there is the Director of InfoSec. He understood the value in our approach. Even when the team was doing POCs with other solutions for different needs, they signed on with me again for another year (with mention of signing a long-term agreement next year). Cultivating customer relationships and showing how you're a trusted advisor really pays off in the long run, friends.
