Nearly doubled the y-o-y cost by including additional modules into the renewal. This was a dead deal. Customer was considering ripping out the 3rd party solutions and just moving forward with outsourcing all of his solutions to a managed service provider. After reiterating the value our solution brings, in addition to all of the feature enhancements developed over the years, we were able to get him to sign-on for another 4-years with additional features added into the agreement.
