Uniform decision

A few days ago I published that we were deciding whether or not to have a uniform in an accounting office. So... the idea was approved and yes, the employees will wear a uniform. Now, if you can, vote for the best style or give suggestions on how the uniforms should be.

Every idea is welcome and please, don't criticize your friend's idea with profanity.

You can't scare me. 11 years in Catholic school. I know uniforms.

The recommendation is for a few reasons. I remember this group as proportionately not pro-uniforms, and there's a cultural difference here. I'd personally ask the team who will be wearing the uniforms to have a hand in deciding. It would also create at least grudging buy-in if they had at least some say in deciding.

These all suck, let your employees dress for the day. Not client facing, not on camera. Hoodie and sweats. Bang out those dials/emails.

Meeting with bosses, put on a collar and a button. Polo, or button down is fine... please wear pants.

Client meeting - depends on fromality. Button down minimum. Jacket would be nice.
