In my experience, it's been quite evident that people who move outside of my organization often leverage their title and the strong brand behind our business into jobs that pay significantly better or - at the very least - more competitively with the industry, as most of us have worked our way up the ladder from entry level to closing roles.
Are you more likely to stick it out for a strong brand reputation on your resume, leaving money on the table? Or are you taking that brand name and going shopping for a new role at a smaller business?
**EDIT**
If you're using the brand as a resume booster, how long are you staying before you start exploring more lucrative options?
