Using Corp to Generate Business?

Genuinely curious about the War Room's take on this.

Like many of you, my LinkedIn timeline is constantly giving me the latest from Ross/Corp.

His new 1:1 video was spot on, so I liked it - and then I get this prospecting email based on liking it.

After reading the email, I felt it was a equal parts comradeship, uncouth, and meta. 🤯

Curious if anyone else has gotten some Corporate Bro-based prospecting? Or has tried it?

I just never thought of Corp as a typical sales influencer on LinkedIn. I suppose he is, at the core of it, one of the best.

Like, depends?

If you'd commented "Wow yeah I really agree that hitting quota is a challenge at the moment" or whatever; then sure - I've prospected people when they've expressed specific frustration on LI about a problem I can solve and it's worked really well.

Honestly, doesn't really matter whether it's Corp or someone else - expression of a problem is still a problem.

But a Like isn't nearly enough of a hook, I don't think. Could just be that you're supporting a friend's post or something.
