VA = virtual assistant
โ€œWork my crmโ€ = call on prospects and existing clients to create new opportunities

AH! ok got it! I feel like you may need someone with a bit of sales skills/acumen to call on existing clients, no?

you may need an SDR instead of a VA

I assumed most virtual assistants would do more documentation and updating notes for crms. Not so much doing outbound.

I believe there are posts for hiring people to do SDRs, but its one of those that you get what you pay for. If you dont pay much, then expect limited results

I am not a fan of VA programs! To work your CRM, you would need yourself or an SDR that knows how to reheat accounts.

Since you are looking for referrals for VA programs, I'll excuse myself.

Not sure a VA program is what you're looking for. Probably cheaper than an SDR, but you won't get the same quality of work.

I also have been thinking about that. Let's see if anyone has any experience. What I see as a blocker in many setups is gdpr and NDAs.

The main 2 concerns about that role are that you would be only be paid by commission with no base and unless the offer was from a reputable company you may not even get paid at all!!
