Virtual gifts for clients

Do you have a good way of sending a virtual gift to a customer (aside from just a straight up gift card)?

Since a lot of customers aren't back in their office yet , it's hard to send or drop off physical stuff. I've heard of some platforms that help with sending easy virtual options, want to see what savages have been doing.
