My team is supposed to start doing virtual in-services for various departments in Healthcare facilities, primarily hospitals and surgery centers. No one on the team wants to do it and customers aren't always tech savvy enough to figure things out on their end which doesn't help.
Does anyone have advice or experience doing this as a rep, specifically for Healthcare?
Or any advice from managers on gaining traction/buy-in from your team?
Is the juice worth the squeeze or do I just wait out COVID until we can do in-services in person again...
