at this point i feel like it doesn't really matter, whatever is most efficient

So much more can happen faster and at a deeper level in person, but face to face is more impactful over the life of a customer relationship, not necessarily putting a piece of paper in front of them to sign or getting the handshake for the deal close.
It's certainly nice and I think better to close in person than over Zoom/phone if you can do it, but the personal relationships that build from being physically present with others over time will always outweigh a phone/zoom relationship

so me it was have been about efficiency. I just can close more deals on Zoom. keep in mind I sell 1-3k acv
