Vitally is only as good as the data in your CRM...and your operations team's ability to connect the right data into the system itself. Steer clear.

SFDC is pretty much an all-in-one platform at this point. A license is a license, and they can use the service cloud app which pulls the data from sales cloud. You should try to avoid different platforms if you can.

SalesForce is everything that we use, vitally.io didn't meet our needs, not sure about catalyst

TBH never even heard of the first two. SFDC is pretty all-in-one, as others have said.
