I hate any company that tracks me for anything other than how much profit I bring in. I also don't mind if they break it up into two: how much I sold, at what margin.Β 

Luckily once you get to AE they leave you alone about most of the silly metrics. I remember years ago getting told I could sell even more if I got my call numbers up (I was top of my team with the lowest calls...)
