War Room without Commission?

I think one of the best (and biggest) driving factors the War Room has is the commission structure. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not here purely for it, but I think it’s a great way to entice people to be more involved in the community. So, if the War Room stops paying out commission, would you:

Did you even read the post or just the title? The post is intended to address branding for small companies whose efforts usually take a lot of time to shine some light. If that type of discussion is not up to your standards why comment and delete it? Or were you trying to bring this up and before and panicked out before I read it?

Every company started as a small company and poured their heart and soul into building them into the behemoths they are today, so you are either short sighted or just trying to generate commission. Branding is branding - big or small it serves the same purpose.

To shine some more light on that post, it's a discussion going on in my company where our branding efforts are being crushed by our competitors. I don't work for a giant of the industry. I'm also starting a new startup. That discussion was relevant for me. If you don't find it relevant down vote it or let it be. Don't accuse others of shit posting because only a few like your posts or comments.

I did, is that a giant for you? When I talk about Giants, I mean apple or coca cola. I also mentioned we sell for other companies, the companies we provide these services for are even smaller than us. We are paid to be an extension of their team. If you look for me on linked it says I work for the smaller company, since I call on their behalf.

I understand why that is relevant and you're curious about it, but dude what world are you living in that you would NOT expect that to happen? Have some common sense. 

You know why they're crushing you? Because you are a threat to them. You stand in their way of increasing revenue. So what is your response? Double down and fuck them - keep doing what you're doing so that you remain a thorn in their side. 

For the record, I downvoted that. Downvotes show up as upvotes in the notifications. Also, congratulations on having a gigantic virtual penis with all of your upvotes and commission, I guess I'll walk away with my head down low because nobody likes me :(

Regardless to me it's an intresting topic at the moment. @WCK What I was trying to say is that sometimes when I talk about "my company" I often refer to the company that pays the company I work for, since what my company does is sell other smaller company's products. So their pains become ours.

Okay so I was thinking this even before I read the monster thread this turned into but just the atmosphere alone of attacking is what has made me disengage quite a bit from this site.

At first, I was all for the commission. I freaking love gift cards and my Sales Hat has gotten SOOO many compliments but once you get into the politics of it, it's not fun.

Part of me feels bad for those that are being "attacked" in this one but also, those same folks also "attacked" me. Soooo I will sit here and sip the tea but taking away commission would mean nothing to me at this point...
