Warm Lead comes in, are you sending an email or calling them first? (Poll)

I personally like to call and get it out of the way as I usually get a good amount of information there but wanted to get your thoughts, what are you savages doing first?

email to set up a convenient time for a call. I think it shows more respect for their time. Unless the inbound message says "call me immediately"ย

If they share their number then ring to make the call right away and see what they want. Follow up with MoM style email.

If it's an inbound demo request, I send out a qualification email. If they've downloaded a whitepaper, most of the time call them and immediately after that send an email.ย
