We all face objections on calls all the time. But what is the "kryptonite" objection that you just can't overcome?

Budget doesn't count - that's too obvious.

In our industry, its very very difficult to unseat an incumbent. When an existing supplier has built up a sizeable translation memory, the cost savings are difficult to outweigh no matter how much the KDM hates dealing with them, and how much time their sales team spends tweaking and fixing bad documents.

If the customer is in control of their translation memory however, the dogfight is back on.

I suppose you could still argue that its cost...

What about everyone else?

Is there that "one" objection that you can never get around?
