Really large TAM, you say “awesome, I’d love to connect when your reviewing the relationship, when is that” (then make a note) small TAM, “a lot of our clients felt similarly, but I’d love the opportunity to show how we’re (insert value props) with your peers in (industry)” good luck!

Depends on the size of your target and who are you talking to. If that is the decision maker, I would advice something along the lines of @CadenceCombatanswer. If you are talking to mid manager or not a VP, get another contact on the same account and try to understand what they are using and how you compare.
