This is my week 3 as an AE and a software service integrator company in SEA. I draft and created sequences as per our offerings and ideal personas. I dug through old deals looking for quick win only to understand why the previous salespersons are leaving ( they dun give a shit about follow-ups with prospects, it's like after the first introduction call and their job is done)
I planned my activities and discussed with my sales director our game plan to hunt new accounts. My MD is expecting me to target at least 30 meetings for Nov.
My week 4 will be kick-starting all the sequences and start my outbound activities. I also scheduled some time for self-studying and research.
What outbound activities do you do? I use automated email campaigns, cold-call, and LinkedIn messagging.
