Weekend warriors

how are we spending the last sunday before the end of Q2? 

im about to go to the gym and do 5x500m on the rower and a treadmill session with avg HR (triggered) of 130bpm for 20 mins. 

tonight ill be eating a tomahawk. 

tomorrow we go to war!

Once you’re able to ‘follow’ users and the platform supports mentoring, I hope people are compelled to check out my post history based on a comment they liked or a thread I started and that it motivates me to up my game in sales, create better content and connect with people in the profession that I wouldn’t of had the opportunity to otherwise.
