Got a flip from my SDR on July 15th. Small start up but with big goals. The SVP, Growth, CEO and others were on the call. After the first call I knew which combination of solutions would solve their problems. I brought in one product expert to deliver a 45 minute education focused call.
Then did one call focused on our core solutions that I sell. Afterwards, my SE delivered a demo to their team followed by a proposal. They closed for 120k ACV on July 28th. We competed against many other companies (segment, braze, etc) but ultimately were competitive on price and had all solutions under one roof. Hyper-focused and smart clients made this a quick but big win for my SMB team.
