Weird commission plan?

So there has been some talk about getting some commission paid to outstanding SDRs in something other than cash. What should I request? Is this a good idea for the company? ..... im thinking about getting paid out on energy drinks and beef jerky. I am on a meat and caffeine diet only but I do need some cash too because I need to pay for some Busch lattes as well.
